A Previous designer has obtained a 2 unit permit but owner can't accept that result. After a deeply thinking and long discussion with council related department by us ,we have successfully obtain a 3 unit planning permit ,each unit with 4 bed room and double garage, meanwhile keep a Minimum disturb between each unit and archived Maximum solar and daylight access to all units.
