We have closely collaborated with the developer on this project, aiming to deliver a superior level of finish from the initial sketch phase to the final works. Leveraging our expertise and experience, we have successfully resolved multiple challenges with neighbours and building surveyors along the way.

One significant aspect of this project involves a landscape yard and a swimming pool , where the owner expected it could be seen from first floor without screen obscured. we have effectively calculated and managed the tough process to ensure the design has compliance with all building regulations and obtained neighbours understanding and agreement of our proposal.

The total period for this project take six months to get the building permit, it is included the extended waiting times for responses from both the council and neighbours. whereas despite these complexities, we have delivered a high-quality result and maintaining a positive working feedbacks with all subcontracts and great satisfaction from developer.
