This project we engaged the working drawing part.

During the process there is several place designed at a not workable situation taken by previous planning permit drawing, it lead us to apply an amendment of existing planning permit. and we take this that opportunity optimised some place to create a better "Fengshui" and flexible internal layout.

In terms of making the builder and client know exactly how the material and component is arranged piece to piece, we prepared some of these 3D images.
